This multi-phase multi-family new construction project consisted of apartments, duplexes, and cottages. 

The developer had a unique design vision with focus on indoor-outdoor lifestyle and the local flavor of 

Huntsville. Quirky details such as custom neon signs and colorful accents made this project truly one of a 

kind. Strategically placed greenery breathed fresh air into a static space and brought the outdoors in. 

This project started with a preliminary plan and design review and wrapped up with the final placement 

of interior furniture and decorative details throughout the clubhouse, two and three-bedroom model 

units, and amenity pavilion. Exterior finish review and inputs were also provided for curb and entry 

appeal for the complex.
