This multi-phase multi-family new construction project consisted of apartments, duplexes, and cottages. The developer had a unique design vision with focus on indoor-outdoor lifestyle and the local flavor of Huntsville. While this was primarily emphasized in the public spaces, the staging of the model apartments echoed this vision with lots of color and a call to get outside.  This project started with a preliminary plan and design review and wrapped up with the final placement of interior furniture and decorative details throughout the clubhouse, two and three-bedroom model units, and amenity pavilion. Exterior finish review and inputs were also provided for curb and entry appeal for the complex.
