Timeless, Southern, Accessible

A new construction residential project that captures the charm of an old, southern home. Careful consideration was given to Universal Design, accessibility, natural materials, and a focus on the incredible view.   This client had a clear vision of what they wanted but we worked to express it with finishes and design details and worked closely with the builder to implement it.  Modern amenities were paired with thoughtful custom tile designs and specification of timeless materials to preserve the old home feel in this new home.
