This complete renovation was originally part of a church sanctuary turned multi-level, multi-purpose space reimaged for youth and teens. We wanted the space to feel relaxed, so we mixed materials and made sure nothing was too ‘matchy’. We love to mix wood, metal and leather and it leant a loft like vibe to this new space. Our biggest focus in this space was performance of materials and working within a tight budget while ensuring all materials performed well for decades to come. This space had 3 different primary functions. A gathering space for kids to meet and lounge, a worship space for speakers and musicians to lead and a playful space with games for FUN!
