Organic, Industrial, Urban
This multi-family new construction project included one- and two-bedroom model apartments, a community clubhouse and outdoor recreation area with pool and games. The design concept for the clubhouse was grounded in the use of natural elements: stone, water, wood and greenery – ZEN - to balance the high performing polished concrete and urban area. Wood ceilings and green plants helped to create a serene environment that also balanced the acoustics within the space.
The dark private offices, focus rooms, allowed an escape from the noise while the touchless suede smooth black laminate bathroom doors prevented fingerprints. Lively wallcovering selections and special attention to every finish selection brought the vision of this space to life. The details of the clubhouse design became the thread of design elements throughout the development and aimed to leave an impression of thoughtfulness with each potential new tenant.
